The house is only 4 blocks from the beach and the surf competition! The rooms: 12 ft x 12 ft with a BIG closet, window and morning sunlight. There is a great bed and mattress, along with a bureau. It is next to the downstairs living room (12 ft x 18 ft) which you would have to yourself with a TV, futon, your own fridge and a desk.
