You will see many turtles in the water in front of the house. Watch the wales jumping in the ocean from the back yard. The famous Makaha beach is only a 1 min car drive from the house. There is a beach access a couple of blocks away from the house as well. The house has four bedrooms and four baths. The house is fully furnished with a beautiful gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with black granite counter tops, all stainless appliances: microwave, stove, oven, sink disposal, dishwasher, nice big refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen and dining room has gorgeous Italian marble floors. The beautiful master suite upstairs has a nice king-size bed and a big lanai with table and chairs, enjoy your morning coffee and the amazing ocean view. There is a master bathroom connected to the bedroom with a big shower with beautiful glass doors and double sinks. The second bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen size bed and a little lanai with ocean view. The third bedroom/office upstairs is a beautiful writers or executive retreat. Stay in touch with your office while looking over the ocean and listening to the sound of the ocean. The second bathroom with shower and bath tub is located in the hallway upstairs between the two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom downstairs has two double beds and private bath/shower connected to it. Open up the big screen doors and walk out to the beautiful private yard where the Koi fish pond with a waterfall is located. The fourth bathroom with double sinks and jacuzzi is located downstairs and on the opposite side of the downstairs bedroom/bath. It's next to the TV-room. The house has Wifi Internet, AC, hairdryers, nice big bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach coolers, beach toys, inside toys for younger children, books, games, pool rafts, beach ball and boogie boards. Relax in the spacious living room with big flat screen TV. Use our gas or charcoal barbecue and enjoy a drink at the outside bar area by the covered patio. Watch the amazing and beautiful sunsets. Have a swim in the big pool or sit and relax in the outside or inside Jacuzzi. When you enter the house, you are able to see through to the backyard pool and ocean as the whole 30 foot back wall slides opens up to the back yard where the pool, outside bar, barbecue, hot tub and ocean is. You can enter the back yard from the dining room/kitchen, living room area where the one sofa is, TV-room where the two other sofas and recliner chair is. This house is very unique and beautiful. We have upgraded the furniture in the house. March 1st of 2011 we bought and added a brand new microfiber recliner sofa for 3 people for the living room area, a coffee table and two end tables. May 1st of 2011 we also bought a big sectional couch for 5 people with many nice and comfortable pillows for the TV-room, there is also a nice leather sofa for 3 people and a recliner chair in the TV-room. April 2nd of 2011 we bought a brand new dining table with 10 chairs and 4 bar chairs for the kitchen. There are brochures with information of activities and a notebook in the house with ideas of things to see and where to dine. The home has a secured garage, security alarm and is handicap friendly. Our wonderful representative Sheryl who lives just around the corner from the house will greet you and guide you around the house. Surfing, boogie boarding, swimming; snorkeling among the turtles, and sunning are just a short walk away at renowned Makaha Beach. Crave even more adventure? This condo is in on the westside of Oahu where the real surfers surf! It is located right on the beach at Turtle Cove 45 minutes away from the crowds at Waikiki. In the summer months, you can catch a nice left-hander from the beach at the condo at LahiLahi point. During the winter months, the surf is best at the famous Makaha Beach, Ma'ile Point, Third dip and Tracks! If you are just beginnning to surf, try the Rest Camp a few miles away. Everyone can find a wave size just for them!!!! The condo is on the 6th floor and there are two elevators. The condo has everything you need! It has a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, towels, beach equipment, Internet/WIFI, a flat screen cable TV, DVD and local telephone service is included. The queen size bed is a murphy bed that you can tuck away during the day form more living area and the sofa in the living room coverts to a full size bed. There is a great BBQ area right on the beach with gas grills for breakfast or sunset dining. Also, there is a coin-operated laundry area and the secured 24 hour parking lot is free. This condo is ON THE BEACH. It is within walking distance of Hawaii's famous Makaha Surfing Beach. It is located on the West coast of Oahu which has some great surfing spots.

We are on the famous Makaha surfing beach. Our home sits on a cove next to the public surfing beach and there you can see right out the back door the Buffalo Keaulana surfing competition, Quicksilver, and other surf events that are attracted to the awesome swells of Makaha. It is a short paddle out to great surf. Makaha in the winter gets 15 - 30 foot waves.
