The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful Gray/black granite counter tops and all stainless appliances: stove, oven, sink disposal, nice big refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, built in microwave, toaster. The condo has a comfortable queen size bed with 100 % Egyptian cotton linens. We bought a brand new sofa bed (June 1st) of 2011. Retractable Flat screen TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, and AC. Rent a surfboard and surf at the popular surf- brakes Queens and Canoes that are right in front of the building. Go swimming in the nice and big heated salt-water pool on the 4th floor. You have free access to the gym and sauna on the 1st floor. Laundry facilities, library and rest room are on the 2nd floor. The building is secured 24/7. Parking stall in the garage is included in the rental.
