The Acopio is large beachfront two bedroom house. It sits in front of a beginners spot named Chele's Just a five min awl away is an intermediate spot named Playa Armarillo. Playa Armaillo has three spots. Yogis, Amarillo, Estero mouth and Slackers. Slackers is named after the guys too slack to walk the additional 100 yards to Playa Colorado.

Hacienda Colorado is located on Playa Colorado - exactly in front of the Colorado Break - sometimes referred to as the Nicaraguan Pipeline. You can sit on one of the covered patios- either upstairs or downstairs - and watch surfing from morning until night. The local family I bought the land from helped me build this house. We used the trees we had to cut down to make room for the framing. We made red bricks out of the dirt from the foundation. We hand dug a well to get clear clean water and I installed a solar system to power the place up. This house has three bedroom, a full kitchen, a large upstairs porch. It has running water fans and a blender. WiFi is available using a dongle from Claro. The power is supplied by six solar panels and stored in four golf cart batteries. It's pretty cool set up.
