VILLA DESCRIPTION :4 Bedrooms ; Sleeps 10 This Rental Villa has the main building with 3 floors , a 1000 square foot Roof terrace overlooking the bay , nearby Islands and Puerto Ayora and a Garden Depandance with 2 units. Total house’s area is 4000 square feet; property area: 7000 square feet On the main floor is the sitting area , the dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen . On the first floor there is a lobby with two Castle Beds and 2 bedrooms , one on each side of the lobby, both with queen beds and private bathrooms . Lobby and bedrooms access a large terrace with view of the bay. On the second floor there is the owner private bedroom with studio library. This room is not for rent . The Garden Dependance has 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds and private bathrooms. Each bedroom has also its private access from paths leading to the Villa. These 2 units can also be rented independently from the rest of the Villa at a more convenient cost. If rented separately from the villa they will not have access to the rest of the house and amenities area. AMENITIES AREAS One can swim and snorkel from the private dock in the sea , take the kayak and explore the bay or sail with the hobbycat or the windsurf around the bay or swim in the infinity pool or if you wish relax in the sauna or whirlpool. A small gym is also available to keep you fit. SERVICES OFFERED Housekeeping service in the morning .Chef and any other special request can be provided at an extra cost . We can also help to organize Islands Excursions , horse riding , bay tours , daily tours ; no commission involved in helping you to fully enjoy your stay at the villa. CLOSE VISITING ATRACTIONS Salt lagoon behind the villa ;Las Grietas (Water Canyons ) and the German Beach are a 10 minutes walk from villa.: Bay Tours available on a tourist boat at small cost . Excursions in and from Puerto Ayora : Charles Darwin Research Station , National Park Facilities , Tortuga bay , a two miles long white sand beach which is a two and half mile walk from the village of Puerto Ayora. You can also take a car to Santa Cruz Highlands ,visiting galapagos tortoises in the wild , lava tunnels , or do birds-watching : you can also drive to the Garrapatero Beach near Bellavista village. Excursions to the inhabited Islands of Floreana , Isabela and San Cristobal can also be arranged.

Caleta Iguana (Casa Rosada) is located in Puerto Villamil- Isabela, the most beautiful island in the Galapagos. It is the last house on the western part of the beach, where you will enjoy the most amazing views and sunsets, just inches from the ocean and 3 minutes away from the town shops and restaurants. There are many social areas, one with an LCD television, lounge, a large collection of DVD�?�´s, a library with books from all over the world, and board games. There is a dinning table with space for 6 and a kitchen table with space for 8. The kitchen very wide and has all the utensils and electronic equipment you may need to prepare delightful dishes. Outside, towards the beach we have a terrace with a Grill and BBQ area with tables, chairs, hammocks in the mangrove trees and the ocean just a few feet away! On the second floor you will find a huge sun-deck with hammocks and reclining chairs. From here you can enjoy some of the best views of long white sand beach and unforgettable sunsets. At the outer part of the house we have built an Iguana Pit with volcanic rocks to ensure a safe area where iguanas can breed, rest, drink water and enjoy the warm sun. You will see many guides with groups taking pictures of all the iguanas we have living here. You will be able to meet "Tyson", one of the oldest and biggest iguanas around... There are also other animals that come visit us, such as "Guapo" (handsome), a Galapagos Hawk. From the hammocks, deck and rooms you will be able to observe many of the amazing Galapagos wildlife such as penguins, sea lions, Blue Footed & Nazca Boobies, frigate birds, rays, turtles and more. The house has a unique energy and soul which is transmitted back to its guests. Caleta Iguana (Casa Rosada) is one of the most looked after accommodation options in the island and the Galapagos. It has a long history and interesting facts. It was in this house where the famous music group "Iguanamen of Galapagos" used to write and practice their songs. This was their place for inspiration. Iguanamen was lead by Gringo Juan (John Vokes), who died in 2007. Caleta Iguana and Isabela are a must stop destination in the Galapagos.
