The second bedroom and bath are in the downstairs portion of the home. There is also a "rec" room next to the bedroom with a sofa, chairs, dining table, and sliding glass doors to the outside and the hot tub. The bicycles are stored in this room for easy access. The main floor is upstairs to make possible the super ocean view and to better catch the tradewind breezes. Close to Isaac Hale Park and Pohoiki Bay south of Hilo, Hawaii on the Big Island. Owner lives upstairs and can loan you his surfboards.
