The Dining Room seats 10 and has a crystal chandelier and is next to a fully equipped kitchen. There is a 1/2 bath is at the foot of the stairs next to the Living Room. The 2nd Master King bedroom is upstairs with the 2nd bathroom with a shower/tub and it has the largest view of the beach and the waves, and the sailboats sailing out of the harbor. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linens in the closet, if needed. The third bedroom has a 62" flat screen TV, 1 Twin Bunk bed and a Double Innerspring Futon. The backyard patio has a nice BBQ and kids Wading pool. There is parking for two cars on property and there are two permits for parking on the street. The downstairs is really great for kids but a bit small for adults. Just a short 5-homes walk from the Twin Lakes Beach with its bonfire rings, bathrooms and summer lifeguards. Easy 5 block walk to the Boardwalk and a 3-block walk to a fun kid’s playground with a tennis court on 7th Ave. Lots of great restaurants, and also during the summer, there are Free Water Taxi rides in the Harbor.
