Villa Lauloa is the name of our home. Lauloa means "long wave" in Hawaiian and if you have surfed Hanalei Bay you will understand. We are located in the Princeville Resort on the north shore of Kauai. Kauai is a round island so no matter what time of year you visit there will always be waves breaking and offshore somewhere on the island! If you want to surf the big winter swells in Hanalei Bay then prime surf season is October -April, but there is fun smaller surf year round. Our home has a great set up for surf families with groms. There are 5 bedrooms for everyone to spread out. Villa Lauloa is a short drive to Hanalei over the one-lane bridge. Or if you are an expert surfer you can walk to Puu Poa beach from our house and paddle out to the break through the "back channel" below the St. Regis hotel. You will love staying here because it is impeccably furnished, very well stocked, and has a great location for exploring Kauai's stunning north shore. Loaded with amenities including everything you need for the beach. When you are surfed out you can relax at the end of day by listening to our extensive Hawaiian music CD collection and DVD collection of movies filmed in Kaua. The backyard is very private and has a 5-person hot tub.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows: downstairs master suite with King bed, downstairs guest bedroom with King bed, downstairs guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, downstairs guest bedroom with twin bed and Queen sleeper sofa, upstairs master suite with King bed. We also have a twin rollaway bed for one extra grom.

The kitchen and family room area is huge, well stocked with everything you need and has panoramic views.
