Our home is ideally located just one house from the sand, 3 blocks south of the Newport Beach Pier on Balboa Blvd with Marina and ocean views. You are just a short drive or bike ride to the Balboa Fun Zone, whale watching tours, deep sea fishing, boat rentals, shopping and restaurants are close by. Swimming in the bay or ocean are both just a short walk away.
The ocean and bay are just 150-yards from our front door, the world famous Wedge is just down the street, John Wayne airport and shopping at Fashion Island are 15-minutes, Disneyland is only 30-minutes, and San Diego 90-minutes.

Winter rates now in effect from $1,800 for 6 night/7 day rental. Longer term rental rates are available and are attractively priced.
The point break is just 150 yards away. Blackies is just a short 4 block walk to the pier. The wedge is 2 miles away by bike or car.
