Private wing in Ocean Beach house

We have a furnished bedroom, bathroom and living room available at our house 4 blocks from Ocean Beach. This opportunity is ideal for a couple or someone who wants a lot of space while they stay here for the competition. You will share the house with three other roommates, but will have the downstairs to yourself. The house is on 45th and Irving, one block from Golden Gate Park, the N Judah train & a few bus stops (which will get you almost anywhere you need to go in SF), and near restaurants, cafes and a small grocery store. The house is only 4 blocks from the beach and the surf competition!

The rooms: 12 ft x 12 ft with a BIG closet, window and morning sunlight. There is a great bed and mattress, along with a bureau. It is next to the downstairs living room (12 ft x 18 ft) which you would have to yourself with a TV, futon, your own fridge and a desk. Then there is a big bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub that you would have to yourself.

The roommates: 3 guys in their late twenties to late thirties, all professionals with jobs. The atmosphere at the house is fun and relaxed. We all like to go out and have a good time but never bring the party home.
